  • What’s this? It’s actually ice cream and frozen chicken wings part that I ordered from #FairPriceGO. Give it a try! Order ice cream! Apparently it gets to your house colder and frozen hard, better than all their competitors or even you yourself. Comes delivered in cooler box with dry ice! They take the items out of the cooler box and pass it to you. A day after my delivery came, I saw that my neighbor ordered cold stuff too, coz I saw items taken out of the cold box.   • From the previous video, it shows the robots 🤖 picking and sorting the crates in the AutoStore system. At the packer’s station, they just pick the goods out and pack according to the quantity on the screen. The packers are trained to use less packaging too. Similar items are packed together and I realised some items comes in carton box too when it arrives at my home when I order. It’s like a giant vending machine. You select the items on your browser on PC or mobile app and the items get automatically picked up by the packers ready to go to your home. Cool eh? #fairprice #fairpriceGO #fairpriceinsiders
  • Have you tried the new #FairPriceGO on your browser on mobile app? Their online shopping site has been revamped and renamed GO. FairPrice Online started more than 10 years ago with a 'dark store'. Humans have to pick things from that store and they only had 300 or so products. They now have 13000 products and increasing with this new 'Autostore' technology. With these robots, they now operate a 24 hours online store and can get goods delivered daily, even on public holidays. Can't show you how wide and deep their Autostore is on video, the condition so that I can step foot into this huge warehouse. I have used it a few times and the wife shops even more online using many companies grocery site. It gets netter. As a software person I noticed their site accepts multiple promo codes. When we met with the folks in their e-commerce team they said that's how the physical store works, that's why promo after promo codes can be stacked. Purchase with purchase, each SKU own promo, above $xx promo, free gifts etc. Not perfect yet, I think maybe a better rules engine might enhance it further, just my view.   • Another #mattressrun to maintain Diamond status. Spending money to chase hotel chains loyalty status, the better half ‘tsk’ at me but loves the privileges it offers. Saw a picky fellow chaser stayed here, so we know “can stay” for accumulation of nights/points. First time in a @HiltonGardenInn. Usually it’s Hilton or DoubleTree. It is new, nice and clean.
