Indian Food @ NUS Engineering Canteen

Last day in Darwin now. Wondering what we have eaten and visited in Darwin? Cannot post in this blog lah. We are eating outside Singapore, so does not fit into the Singapura Daily Makan blog.

If you are wondering, we got here by Jetstar. Bought our tickets long long ago when we saw their promo prices. We will be back to regular daily postings tomorrow!

Thanks for bearing with our auto scheduled posting since 7th of June.

-------------

Many people who visits this blog has commented that I eat expensive food everyday. Actually, no. This is more like what we eat daily.

Colleagues and I are fortunate to be accessible to cheaper $2 - $3 meals that is being sold in the canteens of NUS and the surrounding.

We like the food from the Indian stall at Engineering Canteen. I love brinjals ;-)

Brinjals are lovely but they have this terrible habit of sucking up all the oil and fats they can get at. No stopping them!

Maybe that's why they taste so good? Cos of all them lovely flavours in the oils and fats? Yummy.

P.S. I guess if I ever drop by the Lion City, you and Nic are gonna take me to all the canteens in the area, huh? Be a nice change from dining in them shopping malls, honestly, haha.

P.P.S. Maybe you can include them Darwin posts too, as in "A Singaporean Down Under" series?
